American video rental chain operating from 1983 to 2009. At its late 80's peak, the chain had over 670 stores across the United States, Canada, and South America, to become the world's largest video rental chain, after acquiring its rival National Video. With the rise of Blockbuster Video in the 90's, the chain struggled with added competition and filed for bankruptcy, and by 2009 the company ceased trading and was formerly dissolved.
