Pioneering Japanese psychedelic/blues-rock trio formed in 1970, known for a heavy, raw sound and drug-influenced lyrics. The band consisted of Filipino-American drummer & vocalist Joey 'Speed' Smith, bassist Masayoshi 'Glue' Kabe and guitarist Shinki Chen, who is often referred to as the 'Japanese Hendrix.' With a guitar-driven style similar to Zeppelin and Cream, the band released two cult-status albums before disbanding in 1972, and are now recognized as a hidden gem of 70's psychedelic rock.
