New York Dolls T-Shirt

American rock band formed in New York City in 1971. They are celebrated as pioneers of proto-punk and glam rock music, blending a garage rock sound with an androgynous stage presence that featured high heels, makeup, and flamboyant women's clothing. Although they never achieved huge commercial success, they are often called the 'Year Zero' of punk, influencing punk bands such as the Sex Pistols and Ramones, while their visual style served as the blueprint for 80's hair metal bands like Mötley Crüe and Poison.
