Jack's Army T-Shirt

Jack's Army was the Republic of Ireland football team and their passionate fans during the 1990 World Cup in Italy, managed by Jack Charlton. It signifies a golden era where the team, featuring legends such as Mick McCarthy, Steve Staunton, Paul McGrath and Niall Quinn, united the nation by reaching the quarter-finals. Italia '90 was Ireland's first ever World Cup qualification, with the team drawing against England, Egypt and Holland in the group stage, and famously beating Romania on penalties in the second round. 'Big Jack,' a world cup winner with England in 1966, became a cult hero, leading the team to unprecedented success and fostering a close bond with fans.
