California Surf T-Shirt

Defunct professional football team that competed in the North American Soccer League (NASL) from 1978 to 1981. They played outdoor matches at Anaheim Stadium and indoor at the Anaheim Convention Center and Long Beach Arena. Despite making the play-offs in three of its four seasons, the team struggled with low attendance and financial losses, officially folding in September 1981. Although not as successful as the New York Cosmos, or famous as the Los Angeles Aztecs, you can't help but admire that damn cool logo.
